Our client is seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a strategic and hands-on leader, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. Responsibilities of this position will include:· Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, planning, reporting, compliance, and audits· Lead revenue cycle management and ensure accurate billing, coding, and claims across Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurers· Guide long-term financial strategy to support organizational growth and sustainability· Manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong internal controls· Partner with HR and operations to align resources with organizational priorities· Serve as the financial liaison to the Board and support strategic decision-making· Champion data transparency, continuous quality improvement, and trauma-informed financial practices For immediate consideration please email Ben.Turnbull@roberthalf.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field · MBA/CPA strongly preferred· 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience· Deep understanding of government grants, Medicaid/Medicare billing, and nonprofit compliance (OMH, OASAS)· Strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to translate financial data for a range of audiences· Proficiency in financial software (FundEz a plus), Excel, and other analytical tools
