CPA credentials or progress towards a CPA license is preferred. Big4 or Large Regional Firm experience is highly valued. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance roles. • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict reporting deadlines. • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Experience with commercial property management accounting and client financial reporting is advantageous. • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.
