This hybrid position focuses on investor relations and accounting, requiring strong financial acumen and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate and property industry, demonstrating expertise in managing financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage investor relations activities, including preparing reports and maintaining communication with stakeholders.</p><p>• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.</p><p>• Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy in accounting records.</p><p>• Implement and maintain financial systems, leveraging tools such as Chef for optimization.</p><p>• Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve investment strategies.</p><p>• Conduct detailed evaluations of real estate assets to inform business decisions.</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</p><p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or investor relations.</p><p>• Experience in the real estate and property industry is highly preferred.</p><p>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.</p><p>• Effective communication skills to manage investor relationships and collaborate with teams.</p><p>• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.</p>
