We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a contract basis in Wellesley, Massachusetts. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, with a strong background in civil litigation and expertise in handling a diverse range of legal disputes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including personal injury cases, consumer disputes, and contract-related issues.<br>• Provide legal counsel and defense for individuals facing claims or disputes.<br>• Manage cases involving restraining orders, real estate conflicts, and employment termination disputes.<br>• Draft motions, prepare briefs, and oversee discovery processes to support case strategy.<br>• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients during mediations and court proceedings.<br>• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance and accuracy in case preparation.<br>• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.<br>• Handle insurance claims and disputes with attention to detail and professionalism.<br>• Review and analyze case documentation to identify key issues and formulate solutions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation across various legal domains, such as personal injury, contract disputes, and employment law.<br>• Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.<br>• Proven ability to draft motions, prepare legal briefs, and oversee discovery processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and techniques.<br>• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.<br>• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.<br>• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.<br>• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to client advocacy.
