<p>We are looking for an experienced Attorney with a strong background in litigation to join our client's team in Wellesley, Massachusetts. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal cases, with a particular focus on employment law. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling all aspects of litigation, from initial client interactions to trial preparation.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.</p><p>• Manage client intake processes, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.</p><p>• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Oversee the discovery process, including drafting and responding to requests for information.</p><p>• Prepare cases for trial, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses.</p><p>• Provide legal counsel and representation in employment litigation cases.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to develop effective litigation strategies.</p><p>• Stay current on legal developments and precedents relevant to ongoing cases.</p>

<p>• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.</p><p>• <u>5+ years of experience </u>in civil litigation, with a preference for employment law expertise.</p><p>• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including motions and briefs.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and trial preparation.</p><p>• Excellent research and analytical skills for case development.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.</p><p>• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>• Proven track record of handling complex litigation cases successfully.</p>
