Attorney/Lawyer
<p><strong>Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement</strong> is looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join their client is Stoughton, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, transactional law, and business planning, with the ability to provide strategic legal solutions across diverse disciplines. This role requires someone who excels in problem-solving and is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Full time in the office. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent clients in complex litigation cases, including fiduciary duty matters, partnership disputes, and business litigation.</p><p>• Provide expert counsel on real estate finance, transactional law, and leasing agreements.</p><p>• Manage bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7 filings, and foreclosure defense.</p><p>• Guide clients through eminent domain issues and tax lien releases.</p><p>• Handle commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes with precision and professionalism.</p><p>• Develop and implement business planning strategies tailored to clients' needs.</p><p>• Navigate trademark processes and provide legal advice on intellectual property matters.</p><p>• Oversee litigation management from trial preparation to appellate practice in both state and federal courts.</p><p>• Facilitate loan workouts, short sales, and other financial resolutions.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to identify practical solutions that align with their business objectives.</p>
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.<br>• Proven experience in civil and complex business litigation.<br>• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, transactional law, and leasing agreements.<br>• Familiarity with bankruptcy law, including Chapter 7 filings.<br>• Expertise in handling partnership disputes, fiduciary duty matters, and foreclosure defense.<br>• Ability to manage trials and appeals in state and federal courts.<br>• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<br>• Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
