In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting various accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and managed. • Prepare and manage payroll entries, including maintaining and verifying employee timecards. • Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Create and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. • Collaborate on the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes. • Handle automated payroll operations to streamline and ensure timely payments. • Perform check runs and review payment batches for compliance and correctness. • Support financial reporting and assist with month-end close activities as needed. • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to payroll and accounts payable. • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in payroll and accounts payable operations.• Proficiency in automated payroll systems and processes.• Strong knowledge of journal entries and financial recordkeeping.• Ability to perform accurate check runs and handle payment batches.• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.• Familiarity with timecard management and payroll data entry.• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.• Experience with Workday, UKG, or ADP is required
