Accounts Payable Specialist

This opportunity offers a chance to grow your skills while contributing to the success of complex construction projects in an engaging, team-oriented setting. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Process invoices and payments for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.</li><li>Verify invoice details, including purchase orders, job codes, and cost allocations.</li><li>Handle lien waivers and ensure compliance with construction industry regulations.</li><li>Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and respond to payment inquiries in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist with financial statement preparation and cash flow analysis related to project costs.</li><li>Maintain organized records of project-specific payables and vendor documentation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project managers and accounting teams to ensure accuracy.</li></ul><p><br></p>
