HR Project Consultant
We are looking for an experienced HR Project Consultant to lead key initiatives in career pathing, compensation strategy, and leadership development. This contract position is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR practices and organizational development. If you have a proven track record in driving HR-related transformation and a commitment to fostering equitable and effective workplace solutions, we invite you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with organizational leaders to define role requirements and responsibilities, particularly for technical and drilling positions.<br>• Design and implement a comprehensive career framework, including role definitions, progression pathways, and development plans.<br>• Review and revise job descriptions in alignment with organizational job bands and expectations.<br>• Assess current salary structures and equity practices, identifying gaps and proposing actionable solutions.<br>• Utilize market salary data and compensation surveys to ensure competitive and fair pay practices.<br>• Develop strategies to address compensation discrepancies and align practices with market standards.<br>• Create and execute leadership development programs, focusing on onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee success.<br>• Equip managers with tools and resources to transition effectively into leadership roles, emphasizing the distinction between managing versus leading.<br>• Build structured training pathways for newly promoted leaders, incorporating segmented learning materials and 30-60-90-day plans.<br>• Partner with internal systems and resources to design tailored leadership training calendars and guides.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR leadership or related roles.<br>• Expertise in HR policy, compliance, and organizational development.<br>• Strong background in people management and team development.<br>• Proven ability to conduct compensation benchmarking and equity reviews.<br>• Familiarity with market salary data and compensation surveys.<br>• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing career pathing frameworks.<br>• Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to support leadership growth.<br>• Advanced knowledge of leadership training methodologies and tools.
