Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Riverside, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-volume onboarding, candidate communication, and administrative HR tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates on task completion and scheduling for next steps, such as drug screenings and document submissions.<br>• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by assisting with I-9 verification, new employee paperwork, and compliance tasks.<br>• Collaborate with partner locations and departments to align staffing efforts and ensure a seamless experience for new team members.<br>• Manage a pipeline of over 70 new team members, onboarding an average of 2 to 4 individuals each week.<br>• Provide critical HR support and coverage during a team member's leave of absence.<br>• Utilize Oracle, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools to manage data and streamline administrative processes.<br>• Ensure accurate handling of legal forms, background checks, and benefit-related documentation.
• Proven experience in human resources, recruiting support, or administrative roles.<br>• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.<br>• Proficiency in using tools such as Oracle, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Attention to detail with the ability to ensure compliance and accuracy in all HR tasks.<br>• Familiarity with handling legal forms, background checks, and benefit administration.<br>• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.<br>• Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures is highly desirable.
