Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rialto, California. In this contract role, you will play a key part in managing records retention processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive files. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and categorize workers' compensation files by date, adhering to records retention policies.<br>• Maintain detailed and accurate records using Excel spreadsheets for tracking and organization purposes.<br>• Review and handle sensitive and confidential information while following data protection standards.<br>• Perform audits to verify completeness and accuracy of records.<br>• Provide general administrative support related to records retention tasks.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure all documentation is properly managed.<br>• Assist in the development of efficient filing and archiving systems.<br>• Prepare reports and summaries related to records retention activities.<br>• Identify discrepancies in documentation and take corrective actions as needed.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative or records management roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and file tracking.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.<br>• Previous experience in managing sensitive documents is preferred.<br>• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members.<br>• Familiarity with records retention guidelines is a plus.
