Responsibilities:• Manage all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and job costing.• Prepare precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.• Maintain and oversee job costing systems to ensure accurate tracking of project expenses and profitability.• Analyze financial data to monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to support strategic goals.• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and financial standards.• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.• Create financial presentations and reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost accounting in manufacturing. • Proficiency in accounting systems, with experience in JobBOSS preferred, and advanced Excel skills. • Proven expertise in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, job costing, and financial reporting. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to diverse audiences. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. • Ability to think strategically and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
