Reporting directly to the President of the company, this role will oversee a team of 5. Great hybrid flexibility is available- <strong>3-4 days a week remote</strong>! For consideration and more detail, please apply (in confidence) with your most up to date resume! </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</li><li>Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals</li><li>Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making</li><li>Lead the annual budgeting process and contribute to the development of long-term financial plans</li><li>Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement</li></ul>

<p><strong><u>Qualifications: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred</li><li>At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 3 or more years in a leadership role</li><li>Proven expertise in cost accounting and project-based financial tracking</li><li>Familiarity with industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or field operations sectors is preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and leadership levels</li><li>Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance</li></ul>
