This is a position with potential for a hybrid schedule. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and review complex financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives across departments</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes</li><li>Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger transactions</li><li>Respond to internal and external audit requests, supporting compliance activities</li><li>Assist with implementation of new financial technology or software solutions</li><li>Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to optimize workflows</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or banking experience preferred</li><li>Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Eager self-starter, with ability to lead and complete cross-departmental projects</li><li>Adaptable, collaborative, and open to evolving team and business needs</li></ul>
