Dynamics Analyst
<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Robert Half is searching for a Business Analyst with significant experience working with Dynamics 365 (D365), for our client in Madison, WI. The Dynamics Analyst will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, updates/upgrades to the system, integrations with CRM, process improvement, requirements gathering, and work directly with end-users.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a Direct Hire position that will require an onsite work schedule (5 days).</strong></p><p><strong>Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>*SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE*</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Support daily use of Dynamics 365 CRM across the business groups.</p><p>• Work with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into documented requirements for system updates or new capabilities.</p><p>• Produce functional specifications and user stories that guide development work.</p><p>• Facilitate discovery sessions to evaluate workflows and identify areas where CRM functionality can streamline processes.</p><p>• Configure and adjust Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.</p><p>• Assist with data migration tasks, system integrations, and CRM reporting needs.</p><p>• Review current processes to identify gaps and propose practical solutions that improve system performance and user experience.</p><p>• Coordinate with technical teams and project stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements on schedule.</p><p>• Provide user training, documentation, and general support.</p><p>• Monitor new features and updates released for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and apply best practices.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• At least three years of experience working as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.</p><p>• Prior involvement implementation projects.</p><p>• Solid understanding of CRM processes.</p><p>• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.</p><p>• Skilled in writing functional documentation, process maps, and user stories.</p><p>• Strong communication and analytical abilities with proven experience working with business stakeholders.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.</p><p><br></p>
