<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>5-7+ years accounting experience, some leadership experience is ideal </li><li>Proven experience in construction accounting with knowledge of job costing</li><li>Familiarity with financial statement preparation and external audit procedures</li><li>Expertise in technical accounting standards and revenue recognition within the construction industry</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality financial records</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a focus on process improvement and automation</li></ul>
