The ideal candidate will excel at providing actionable insights and supporting organizational leaders with data-driven recommendations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Evaluate financial performance and analyze variances against previous periods, budgets, and projections.<br>• Collaborate on the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting processes.<br>• Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly operational review reports.<br>• Offer financial insights and support to leaders across various business functions.<br>• Perform ad hoc analyses to address urgent financial questions and provide timely solutions.<br>• Develop and refine financial models to enhance decision-making processes.<br>• Utilize data mining techniques to uncover trends and improve financial strategies.<br>• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through detailed validation and review.<br>• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with broader organizational objectives.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, including variance and performance evaluation.<br>• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.<br>• Strong skills in conducting ad hoc financial analysis and delivering actionable insights.<br>• Familiarity with data mining methods to optimize financial strategies.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial tools.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Effective communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
