Thanks for any consideration and I look forward to helping you.  God Bless.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Accounting Standards:</strong> Conduct thorough research and implement U.S. GAAP standards and regulatory requirements for SEC Reporting.</li><li><strong>Complex Transactions:</strong> Oversee accounting for intricate financial activities such as mergers and acquisitions, leases, derivatives, and revenue recognition.</li><li><strong>Policy Development:</strong> Create and enforce corporate accounting policies to ensure consistency across the organization.</li><li><strong>Internal Controls:</strong> Lead initiatives to enhance audit efficiency and strengthen internal controls.</li><li><strong>Financial Disclosures:</strong> Collaborate with legal, investor relations, and senior leadership to support accurate financial disclosures.</li><li><strong>Debt and Regulatory Filings:</strong> Oversee the preparation and timely submission of quarterly and annual reports, along with debt filings.</li><li><strong>Audit Coordination:</strong> Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, managing processes for quarterly and annual audits.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with FP& A, tax, legal, and operational business units to address accounting implications arising from strategic initiatives.</li><li><strong>Systems Integration:</strong> Manage the adoption and integration of financial software systems as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications Needed:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; <strong>CPA certification required.</strong></li><li>Minimum <strong>10 years of progressive accounting experience</strong>, including experience at a <strong>Big 4 public accounting firm.</strong></li><li>Extensive knowledge of <strong>U.S. GAAP</strong>, <strong>SEC reporting</strong>, and compliance standards.</li><li>Strong technical accounting expertise covering consolidations, revenue recognition, and other complex areas.</li><li>Proven experience in a <strong>global, multi-entity industrial or manufacturing environment.</strong></li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex accounting concepts for various stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in financial systems such as <strong>SAP BPC</strong>, <strong>OneStream</strong>, or <strong>Hyperion.</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage audits and handle regulatory filings effectively in a corporate environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
