We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role involves managing key accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s overall financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and a detail-oriented approach to their work. Responsibilities: • Prepare and record journal entries for various balance sheet and income statement accounts. • Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records. • Manage the preparation and submission of state sales tax returns in compliance with regulations. • Execute month-end closing processes and produce monthly financial statements. • Review expenses to ensure proper classification and accuracy. • Verify and maintain accurate recognition of costs and revenues. • Maintain and update fixed asset records, ensuring proper accounting treatment.

• Proficiency in month-end closing processes and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation. • Experience with account and bank reconciliations. • Familiarity with payroll processing and payroll record management. • Understanding of state sales tax regulations and filing requirements. • Detail-oriented approach to reviewing expenses and financial data. • Ability to ensure accurate cost and revenue recognition. • Solid organizational skills for managing fixed asset records.
