The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years accounting experience (CPA or CMA preferred), a background in manufacturing, and proven supervisory skills. For consideration, please apply with your must up to date resume (in confidence) and call Aislynn at 608-716-5643. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with U.S. GAAP</li><li>Lead cost accounting, including analysis of materials, labor, overhead, and production variance</li><li>Direct budgeting, forecasting, and support strategic business planning</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and administrative staff</li><li>Manage payroll, benefits, and insurance programs, including vendor relationships and renewals</li><li>Optimize and implement ERP/HRIS system processes</li><li>Collaborate with operations leadership to evaluate pricing, quoting, and profitability</li><li>Foster a positive team culture, continuous improvement, and cross-department communication</li></ul>

<p><strong><u>Qualifications: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred</li><li>7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing </li><li>Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, cost accounting principles, and internal control systems.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and expertise in advanced Excel functions.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in process improvement and cross-department collaboration within manufacturing environments</li></ul>
