Human Resources (HR) Assistant
<p>We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Mission Hills, California. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including payroll coordination, compliance auditing, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in delivering outstanding employee support.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct comprehensive background checks to support the hiring process.</p><p>• Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism, providing solutions to HR-related concerns.</p><p>• Audit HR activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.</p><p>• Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to manage employee data efficiently.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.</p><p>• Prepare reports and documentation to support HR operations.</p><p>• Assist in streamlining workflows and improving HR system functionality.</p>
<p>• Proficiency in HR systems</p><p>• Strong auditing skills with attention to compliance and accuracy.</p><p>• Familiarity with benefits administration processes.</p><p>• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to address employee inquiries effectively.</p><p>• Knowledge of HRMS platforms and payroll systems.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.</p><p>• Previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment is preferred</p>
