Human Resources (HR) Manager
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee essential HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace environment. This contract-to-permanent position is based in Los Angeles, California, and offers an excellent opportunity to lead key initiatives in employee relations, benefits administration, and HR systems management. If you are passionate about fostering organizational growth and supporting employee success, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.<br>• Administer HR functions, including overseeing payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor regulations.<br>• Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.<br>• Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to streamline data management and reporting.<br>• Develop and implement policies that align with company goals and support overall employee satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and advise on strategic HR initiatives.<br>• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and promote detail-oriented growth.<br>• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, recommending improvements where necessary.<br>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.<br>• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and labor laws.<br>• Proficiency in HR administration, including payroll and benefits management.<br>• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data management.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle onboarding processes effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.<br>• Proven ability to create and implement HR policies and procedures.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
