Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in La Habra Heights, California. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing excellent customer service. As a long-term contract position, it offers the opportunity to contribute to various tasks that support the city's daily functions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle cashiering tasks efficiently and accurately.<br>• Manage the routing of building plans to ensure proper processing.<br>• Coordinate inspection schedules for the Building Inspector.<br>• Issue business licenses and permits for the Building and Public Works Departments.<br>• Conduct surveys, perform research, and compile data for special studies.<br>• Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, data entry, and file organization.<br>• Utilize the city's record management system for document handling and archiving.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.<br>• Support other administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Proven ability to perform back-office support tasks effectively.<br>• Experience with administrative office functions is highly desirable.<br>• Skilled in basic office tasks such as data entry and file management.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including customer service and communication.<br>• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in conducting research and compiling data.<br>• Comfort with using digital record management systems like Laserfiche.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
