IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the following responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Day to Day:</strong></p><p>Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for end users across Windows and macOS environments</p><p>Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues using a ticketing system</p><p>Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment</p><p>Administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID) including user accounts, groups, roles, and conditional access</p><p>Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)</p><p>Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and access management</p><p>Monitor and maintain endpoint security, updates, and patching across all devices</p><p>Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and IT processes</p><p>Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed</p><p>Ensure adherence to security best practices and company IT policies</p>

<ul><li>2+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk role</li><li>Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS support</li><li>Experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager</li><li>Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)</li><li>Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments</li><li>Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk, etc.)</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests</li></ul><p><br></p><p>*Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p>
