Office Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Kingston, New Jersey. This role involves providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. If you have a keen eye for organization and enjoy working in a healthcare environment, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.<br>• Perform essential administrative tasks such as document filing, faxing, and word processing.<br>• Provide support for team projects by coordinating tasks and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Conduct online research to gather relevant information for various assignments.<br>• Prepare and edit presentations, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including mail merges as necessary.<br>• Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and improve efficiency.<br>• Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.<br>• Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with organizational policies.
<p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.</p><p>• Strong internet research skills to support project needs.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</p><p>• Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor to interact effectively with visitors and team members.</p><p>• Minimum of one year experience in an administrative support role preferred.</p><p>• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines.</p><p>• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.</p>
