Contracts Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Contracts Administrator to join our team in Haslet, Texas, on a Contract-to-continuing basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the contract lifecycle, including preparing, tracking, and finalizing agreements. This position works collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as General Managers, Project Managers, Sales, and Legal to ensure seamless contract administration processes. Reporting remotely to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the organization’s efficiency and compliance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare, organize, and review contract documents using approved templates and reference materials.<br>• Upload contracts to AI-based tools such as Document Crunch and monitor reviews for accuracy.<br>• Facilitate the review, approval, and signing of contracts through platforms like SharePoint and DocuSign.<br>• Ensure compliance with the Authority Matrix and escalate issues as necessary.<br>• Maintain version control and organize contract-related files within SharePoint.<br>• Provide regular updates on contract statuses to internal teams and stakeholders.<br>• Identify and address missing or incomplete information within contracts, ensuring all corrections are routed appropriately.<br>• Assist with the proper filing and closure of finalized agreements to maintain accurate records.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, or managing construction documentation.<br>• Familiarity with various construction contract types, such as general contractor and subcontractor agreements, is preferred.<br>• Proficiency with document tracking software, including DocuSign, SharePoint, and similar tools.<br>• Experience using document management platforms like Document Crunch is a plus.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.<br>• Ability to work effectively with remote leadership and collaborate with on-site teams.<br>• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
