Project Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to join our team in Plano, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience.<br>• Manage client-facing activities, addressing workflow inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.<br>• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including weekly check-ins and updates.<br>• Administer and maintain multiple systems, including resetting passwords and managing profiles.<br>• Oversee updates to prospect activities and platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and dashboards.<br>• Perform pricing analysis and assist with sales data, supporting both East and West Coast teams.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting tools and dashboards for improved data visibility.<br>• Troubleshoot system-related questions and act as an administrator for various platforms.<br>• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the team.<br>• Handle number-crunching tasks related to sales figures and performance metrics.
• Proven experience in administrative office roles or project support.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in managing systems and platforms, including troubleshooting and user support.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions.<br>• Ability to analyze data and provide insights through reporting tools.<br>• Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.<br>• Familiarity with sales processes and platforms is a plus.
