We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, you will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience.• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various positions.• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' expertise, skills, and alignment with the organization's culture.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.• Maintain and update data within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records.• Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate setting. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools to effectively identify candidates with relevant experience. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems for managing recruitment workflows. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment tasks. • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus. • Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
