<p>We are looking for an experienced<strong><u> HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Lewisville, Texas</u></strong>. In this role, you will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. This is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and utilizing applicant tracking systems to support our manufacturing industry needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience.</p><p>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various positions.</p><p>• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' expertise, skills, and alignment with the organization's culture.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.</p><p>• Maintain and update data within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records.</p><p>• Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.</p><p>• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.</p><p>• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.</p>
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate setting.<br>• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools to effectively identify candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems for managing recruitment workflows.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.<br>• Ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment tasks.<br>• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
