Our client, a fast-growing company in the manufacturing industry is looking for a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle all things AR, from managing collections to ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.🔍 What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Manage accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collections from clients.</li><li>Process invoices, verify payment information, and follow up on outstanding balances.</li><li>Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies between clients and accounting records.</li><li>Prepare AR reports for management and ensure accuracy in financial data.</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments, establishing good working relationships.</li></ul>

<ul><li>1-2 years of AR experience in any industry (you can bring your unique experience here!).</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li></ul>
