This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, personable, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Be Doing:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary.</li><li>Research and reconcile account discrepancies, applying payments accurately.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve disputes.</li><li>Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end close processes.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of collection activities and client communications.</li></ul>

<ul><li>2+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to stay organized and maintain professionalism under pressure.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software and Excel.</li><li>A proactive mindset and a team-oriented attitude.</li></ul><p><br></p>
