<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar accounts receivable role.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically.</li><li>Familiarity with billing and collections regulations, ensuring compliance.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and experience with accounting software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or finance coursework is a plus.</li></ul>
