This company specializes in property management, development, and investment services across North County and is known for its innovative approach and strong client relationships. As the Billing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, supporting both internal teams and external clients. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and process invoices for property management and development projects.</li><li>Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and adjustments.</li><li>Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy.</li><li>Assist with month-end closing and reporting.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.</li></ul>

<ul><li>2+ years of billing or accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi) and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>
