Contracts Administrator
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This contract position requires an individual with strong expertise in managing contracts, handling negotiations, and ensuring compliance. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with vendors and stakeholders to support property acquisition processes and other contractual obligations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.<br>• Manage contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable terms.<br>• Conduct audits of contracts to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to company policies.<br>• Coordinate calls for bids, evaluating proposals and ensuring proper documentation throughout the process.<br>• Support the contract process for new property acquisitions, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.<br>• Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents for easy retrieval and reference.<br>• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to address contract-related issues and disputes.<br>• Provide guidance on communication law and applicable regulations related to contracts.<br>• Work with multiple vendors to streamline contract management processes and build strong relationships.<br>• Ensure timely updates and renewals of contracts to avoid lapses or disruptions.
• Proven experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.<br>• Strong knowledge of contract law and communication regulations.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.<br>• Expertise in conducting contract audits and ensuring compliance.<br>• Familiarity with calls for bids and proposal evaluation processes.<br>• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.<br>• Strong attention to detail to identify and resolve contractual discrepancies.
