Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a contract position based in Denver, Colorado, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your administrative expertise. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and executive-level meetings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex calendars and schedules to ensure seamless coordination of executive meetings and appointments.<br>• Arrange and oversee travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.<br>• Coordinate all aspects of travel, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and preferences.<br>• Prepare for executive meetings by gathering relevant materials, creating agendas, and taking detailed minutes.<br>• Act as a primary point of contact for communication between executives and internal or external stakeholders.<br>• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.<br>• Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by senior leadership.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation for efficient retrieval and reference.<br>• Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance productivity.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the legal industry.<br>• Expertise in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating executive meetings.<br>• Strong ability to arrange and manage travel plans, including booking flights and accommodations.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented demeanor.<br>• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.<br>• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
