Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join a non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado. In this contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Your role will involve a mix of customer service, administrative support, and scheduling responsibilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors, patients, and clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring a warm and attentive reception.<br>• Provide detailed information about organizational services, programs, and resources to meet client needs.<br>• Register new clients and update existing records in the database with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth and timely operations.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.<br>• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and coordinated workflow.<br>• Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and welcoming.<br>• Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately.<br>• Assist with Spanish-to-English translations as needed to support communication.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Previous experience in administrative support or front desk operations.<br>• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and provide excellent customer service.<br>• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.<br>• Familiarity with providing concierge services and assisting clients in a detail-oriented environment.
