<p>We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join a CPA firm in Chatsworth, California. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational abilities and customer service expertise. The role involves managing high call volumes, scheduling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a small office environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle incoming phone calls with a focus on quality, managing high call volumes effectively.</p><p>• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring all necessary documents and files are prepared in advance.</p><p>• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.</p><p>• Organize and maintain appointment schedules, including printing and preparing input sheets.</p><p>• Support the team with administrative tasks such as file preparation and tax-related documentation.</p><p>• Foster positive interactions with clients to uphold the company’s reputation for excellent customer service.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role in a tax/CPA firm is preferred.</p><p>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.</p><p>• Proficiency in managing high call volumes and multitasking efficiently.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate appointments and maintain schedules.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively in a small office environment and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.</p><p>• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks, including file preparation and document handling.</p><p>• Comfortable using office equipment and software to support daily operations.</p>
