HR Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will support various human resources functions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and compliance with company policies. This is a contract position, ideal for candidates who are eager to contribute their expertise in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.<br>• Conduct background checks and verify candidate information as part of the hiring process.<br>• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including preparing reports and managing documentation.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.<br>• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes.<br>• Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.<br>• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs as needed.
• Previous experience in human resources or a related administrative role is preferred but not required.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and general HR processes.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.<br>• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry.
