We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. This role requires an individual with strong recruiting expertise to handle either high-volume hiring or marketing and creative recruitment needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in candidate engagement, and demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills. This is an onsite position requiring presence at our headquarters five days a week. Responsibilities: • Manage a high volume of recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent in marketing, creative, and other specialized fields. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on recruitment processes. • Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Utilize recruiting tools and platforms, such as Workable, to track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals efficiently. • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues across departments to achieve recruitment objectives. • Prepare and present offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to leadership.

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate setting. • Proven track record of success in high-volume or marketing and creative recruitment. • Proficiency using recruitment platforms such as Workable. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously. • A resourceful and sales-oriented mindset to identify and attract top talent. • Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, Florida, five days a week. • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
