Bilingual Recruiter
<p>Robert Half is actively seeking a dynamic and bilingual English and Spanish Recruiter to join our team. This role requires proficiency in recruitment processes and the use of Paycom, a payroll and HR software solution, to streamline hiring operations. As a vital member of the recruitment team, you will focus on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top talent, while bridging English and Spanish-speaking candidates and clients. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.</li><li>Utilize recruitment tools like Paycom to maintain pipelines, post job listings, and track candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Bilingual Communication:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with candidates, clients, and internal teams.</li><li>Translate job descriptions and recruitment materials, ensuring accessibility and clarity for Spanish-speaking audiences.</li><li>Conduct interviews with both English and Spanish-speaking candidates and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Paycom Utilization:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Navigate Paycom software to manage applicant tracking, payroll setup, and onboarding tasks efficiently.</li><li>Ensure candidate data accuracy in Paycom and provide reporting insights as required.</li><li>Train colleagues on leveraging Paycom functionalities to optimize recruitment workflows.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Compliance and Documentation:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Ensure all candidate background verification (BGV) processes, such as drug and health screenings, are executed in compliance with Robert Half’s standards and relevant local regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records, noting appearance, intellect, and presentation ratings (1 being the highest, 5 being the lowest) and overall placeability (A-D grading).</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Networking and Relationship Building:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Leverage partnerships with organizations such as the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) to connect with diverse talent pools.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.</li><li>Represent Robert Half at relevant industry events and job fairs to enhance brand visibility.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Support Diversity & Inclusion (D& I):</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Actively promote D& I initiatives by sourcing diverse candidates and creating inclusive hiring practices.</li><li>Collaborate with Employee Network Groups like APEX to foster professional development opportunities for minority groups.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.</li><li>Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR, preferably within a high-volume environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Paycom or similar HRIS systems; willingness to learn Paycom if not already familiar.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment compliance and labor regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
