Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming experience. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, including phone systems and concierge services, will be critical to your success in this position.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors and clients with courtesy and attention to detail.<br>• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.<br>• Provide concierge-style support to address client and visitor inquiries effectively.<br>• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.<br>• Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings as needed.<br>• Handle mail distribution and other administrative tasks promptly and accurately.<br>• Assist with basic office operations, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.<br>• Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients or visitors in a timely manner.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system and handling inbound calls efficiently.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling and mail handling.<br>• A detail-oriented demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as email and scheduling applications.
