Accounting Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Anoka, Minnesota. This role focuses on supporting key financial processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting functions and be adept at handling both accounts payable and receivable tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are balanced and up-to-date.<br>• Handle billing functions, including preparing invoices and resolving discrepancies.<br>• Maintain organized records of financial data and transactions.<br>• Assist with general accounting tasks to support the team’s operations.<br>• Identify and address errors or inconsistencies in financial data.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.<br>• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.<br>• Provide timely and accurate reporting as required by management.
