We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join a team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing essential accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting practices and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.• Assist with billing functions to ensure proper documentation and reporting.• Support general accounting operations by preparing and maintaining financial records.• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.• Generate financial reports and summaries for internal review.• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.• Address inquiries related to financial transactions and provide resolution as needed. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
