This position offers an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to contribute to workforce management, employee engagement, and compliance in the fast-evolving manufacturing industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for manufacturing roles, including skilled trades, supervisors, and administrative staff.</li><li>Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.</li><li>Support employee relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a collaborative workplace environment.</li><li>Administer training programs focused on compliance, safety, and skill development to meet industry standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and uphold compliance with labor laws and regulations in the manufacturing sector.</li><li>Coordinate performance reviews and support processes for continuous employee development.</li><li>Partner with leadership to align HR strategies to company goals, including workforce planning and retention initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings.</li><li>Familiarity with labor regulations, OSHA compliance, and safety standards.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p>For immediate assistance please call 610.882.1700!</p>
