Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace in Woburn, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining office supplies, supporting financial processes, and creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.<br>• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.<br>• Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice review and payment coordination.<br>• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, performing receptionist duties such as answering calls and greeting guests.<br>• Organize and oversee office equipment maintenance to ensure functionality.<br>• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.<br>• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.<br>• Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.<br>• Ensure a clean and organized office environment by supervising cleaning schedules and upkeep.<br>• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and office supply management.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Ability to work independently and take initiative.<br>• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer service.<br>• Familiarity with coordinating vendors and managing office equipment.
