• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or similar fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. • Familiarity with order entry and dispatching processes is a plus. • Ability to multitask and manage back-to-back calls effectively. • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and tracking. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to adapt and learn quickly during training sessions. • Previous experience in B2B customer interactions is highly desirable.
