You’ll be the go-to financial expert, handling everything from AP/AR to reporting and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who wants to bring structure and clarity to an exciting and evolving business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Do</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain complete and accurate financial records for the company.</li><li>Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and vendor management.</li><li>Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates.</li><li>Assist with inventory tracking and cost allocation for products.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and projections.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.</li><li>Support external accountants during audits and tax filings.</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally with exposure to creative, tech, or entertainment industries.</li><li>Strong general ledger and financial reporting skills.</li><li>Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.</li><li>A collaborative mindset with the ability to support a fast-moving team.</li></ul><p><br></p>
