What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts on a regular basis.</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.</li><li>Prepare bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and vendor statements.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.</li><li>Generate financial reports for management review.</li><li>Support audits and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.</li></ul>Why This Role is a Great FitThis position offers the chance to work closely with a small, dedicated team where your contributions will be seen and valued daily. <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).</li><li>2+ years of bookkeeping experience.</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (other ERP experience a plus).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a knack for detail.</li><li>Someone who enjoys problem-solving and keeping records pristine.</li></ul>
