<p><br></p><ul><li><strong>2-3 years of bookkeeping experience</strong>, preferably in the <strong>real estate</strong> or property management industry.</li><li>Familiar with <strong>QuickBooks</strong> or other accounting software.</li><li><strong>Strong Excel skills</strong> (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>taxation and real estate</strong> accounting practices is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
