As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee critical accounting operations, analyze financial reports, and ensure accuracy in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This position offers the opportunity to operate as a strategic partner within the finance team, while contributing to key decision-making processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.</li><li>Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely close processes.</li><li>Reconcile complex bank accounts, balance sheets, and intercompany accounts.</li><li>Perform variance analysis on financial reports, identifying trends and strategic implications.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.</li><li>Support tax preparation and audit processes by gathering necessary documentation and providing analysis.</li><li>Implement and improve accounting workflows, processes, and internal controls for operational efficiency.</li><li>Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff, ensuring knowledge-sharing and skill development within the team.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.</li><li>4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a large or mid-sized corporate environment.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting systems and software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.</li><li>Solid understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory standards.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with public companies or cross-functional business units.</li><li>Knowledge of financial modeling and advanced data analysis techniques.</li><li>Background in audit or tax accounting is a strong plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
