This position plays a key role in supporting clients, managing projects, and ensuring that all communications and deliverables meet the company’s high standards of service.</p><p>This is a great role for someone who loves working with people, balancing multiple priorities, and being the bridge between clients and internal teams.</p><p><br></p><p>💬 <strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for clients — manage inquiries, schedule meetings, and ensure prompt follow-up.</li><li>Support project coordination, documentation, and client onboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and track ongoing engagement activities.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.</li><li>Prepare client-facing materials, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Anticipate client needs and provide proactive communication and solutions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>2+ years of client service, administrative, or account coordination experience.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and stay organized.</li><li>Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or project management tools.</li><li>Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.</li></ul><p><br></p>
